This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll deliver a seamless VIP experience while supporting a high-performing Sales team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming clients and creating a standout first impression
* Managing bookings, inbox and daily suite operations
* Preparing meetings and sales materials
* Supporting the Sales team with admin and coordination
* Maintaining a beautifully presented display suite
* Assisting with client events and experiences
About You
* Fluent Mandarin is essential
* Experience in a client-facing role (property, hospitality or luxury retail)
* Polished, confident and people-focused
* Strong admin and organisational skills
* Proactive, detail-driven and fast-paced
