Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in cybersecurity and excellent technical skills to provide support to customers via various communication channels.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collecting and analyzing problem reports, and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve product issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers through phone, chat, and web-based solutions
* Collect, analyze, and investigate reported problems to identify root causes
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement corrective actions
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
* Australian citizen with NV2 Security Clearance
* Experience working as an engineer in telecommunications, networking, or security industry, or equivalent education
* Good knowledge of OSI model and TCP/IP protocol
* Administrative knowledge of Windows, Unix, or Linux
* Proficient spoken and written English
