About the position
As a Clinical Practice Lead, provide clinical support to our multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services through the Integrated Recovery Service. In this role, you will ensure efficient, safe, high-quality service aligned with best practice guidelines. Working closely with the Service Manager, IRS & AOD, and external stakeholders, this position will also develop recovery-focused and evidence-based psychosocial services that achieve positive outcomes for our consumers.
You can be based from any of our GPH hubs in South-East NSW including Wollongong, Nowra, Moruya, Bega, Queanbeyan, or Goulburn.
This opportunity is available part time (30 hours per week), fixed term to 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker
2. Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in mental health service delivery
3. Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning, and referrals
4. Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting
