Due to growth in the market, we are currently seeking experienced administrators to join our amazing clients. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Providing general administrative support
2. Data entry
3. General reception duties
4. Monitoring email inbox/ answering phone calls
5. Bookkeeping duties, using Xero or MYOB
6. Accounts payable/accounts receivable
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer service/administrator role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using MS Word & Excel
- Positive can-do attitude
- Accurate data entry skills
