About the role
Join the talented team at Advanced Automotive Services' as a Mechanic in our Earlville, QLD 4870 location. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in providing high-quality vehicle servicing and repair services to our growing customer base.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues across various makes and models
* Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
* Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical repairs to vehicles
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients on repair requirements and vehicle status
* Maintain detailed records of all work performed
* Assist with parts procurement and inventory management
* Continuously develop your skills and keep up to date with industry changes and best practices
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent trade certification
* Proven experience as a Mechanic, ideally in the Automotive Trades industry
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Good communication skills to effectively liaise with customers
* A team-oriented approach and willingness to support your colleagues
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
