The role involves delivering mandatory training to new starters, focusing on staff in various lines of business and Shared Services. The primary focus is conducting training for Support Workers.
Deliver induction training incorporating internal policies and licensing requirements to equip staff with knowledge of practices to support customers and compliance for new starters.
Schedule and coordinate session requirements such as enrolment administration, training resources, venues, accommodation, and travel. Develop accessible and version-controlled training resources available for the rest of the team.
At least 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development role, demonstrated competence in facilitating groups and individual learning, Certificate IV in TAE, sound knowledge of adult learning principles, and tertiary education in a relevant field are required. Experience working in the disability sector is also essential.
