About the role
Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Renewal SA is looking for a People and Capability Administrator to support our growing team and help deliver seamless workforce processes across the organisation.
In this role, you'll be central to coordinating key parts of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding new starters to keeping our records accurate and supporting recruitment, performance and workforce planning activities. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining quality information, ensuring compliance requirements are met and helping the team operate efficiently every day.
No two days will be the same. You'll work in a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration, care, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
* Provide professional, timely administrative support across the People and Capability team to help deliver key programs and priorities.
* Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, compliance documentation and reporting dashboards in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
* Coordinate key touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, variations and exits, ensuring a positive, seamless experience for staff.
* Support recruitment activities and broader People and Capability processes such as performance reviews and workforce planning.
* Prepare and coordinate corporate documentation including agendas, minutes, presentations, reports and briefing materials.
