Job Title: Support Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Support Manager at our Burleigh Heads store. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to ten and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
* Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives and maintain high store standards
* Identify and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role with a proven track record of success
* Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets
