About the Team

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.

* Proven experience as a results‑driven Store Manager (3–5 years) in a high‑performance retail environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
* Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, with a track record of delivering positive results.
* A talent for attracting, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal growth.
