An established structural design consultancy delivering complex, design-led buildings across Australia is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who wants greater ownership, stronger project visibility, and real influence over outcomes.

You will take carriage of mid- to large-scale building projects, remaining closely involved from concept through to construction-stage problem-solving. The role balances hands‐on technical work with mentoring and coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility without being removed from engineering.
Design exposure includes:
* Structural design of complex, design-focused buildings
* End-to-end involvement from concept design through construction support
* Regular interaction with site teams to resolve real engineering issues
* Coordination with architects, services engineers, builders, and clients
* Contribution to technically challenging, architecturally ambitious projects
What you will be trusted with:
* Leading structural design packages and technical direction
* Maintaining design quality through delivery, not just documentation

* You have 5+ years' experience in building design within Sydney
* Your background is firmly within a structural design consultancy
* You are comfortable using tools such as ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, or Microstran
