This is a permanent position open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a preference for full-time availability. The role is based in Adelaide and supports the Workplace Law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for part-time law students looking to gain valuable experience in a legal environment prior to graduation.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting Solicitors in the management of a legal practice and contributing to the effective functioning of the Legal team
- Providing administrative and paralegal support including file management, drafting and sending correspondence, and research
- Calendar management
- Processing monthly billings
- Ad hoc receptionist duties
Qualifications and skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and show attention to detail
- Intermediate competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly organised, proactive, efficient with strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional support
