Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Meet and greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Appointment Coordination: Efficiently book appointments and manage patient recalls.
  • Billing and Receipting: Handle patient accounts with accuracy and diligence.
  • Document Management: Source, scan, and enter data pre and post consultations.
  • Versatility: Work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Payment Processing: Utilize EFTPOS or Stripe for seamless payment transactions.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Stock Control and Ordering: Manage inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

Our clinic is conveniently located just a few minutes away from South Yarra train and bus stations, making your commute hassle‐free.
