About the Role
A unique opportunity exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our exciting Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
Role Responsibilities
* Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
* Oversee the rental arrears collection process
* Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
* Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
* Raise monthly charges
* Process workflows
* Contractor Management
* Perform account reconciliations
The Successful Candidate
* Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
* Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants
* Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills and the ability to put together and interpret a budget
