AGS Dispute Resolution is seeking expressions of interest from Legal Technology Solution Specialists.

**About the roles**
The AGS Dispute Resolution practice (DR) is Australia's pre-eminent public law litigation practice. It has unrivalled experience and specialist expertise in providing dispute related legal advice and representation in every jurisdiction in Australia, across a diverse range of legal matters for Commonwealth agencies, including a very significant practice representing the Commonwealth's regulatory enforcement agencies, administrative law, tax litigation, employment law, torts law and information access law. AGS acts for the Commonwealth in the full range of disputes to which it is a party or in which it has an interest (including access to sensitive information) and advises on investigations including for law enforcement and national security agencies. DR also represents the Commonwealth before inquests, inquiries and royal commissions, and as the solicitor assisting royal commissions. In addition, DR has a specialist in-house counsel practice, led by Tim Begbie KC.
In these roles you will:
- provide support to the Legal Technology Solutions (LTS) team and legal teams utilising LTS technologies, especially in litigation eDiscovery
- provide support for the technical aspects of electronic discovery, inquiries and investigations including processing electronically stored information (ESI), analysing and production of same
- deliver training to legal teams on best practice in the use of technology used in litigation projects
- provide a high standard of client service and maintain strong client relationships
- liaise with clients, external vendors and internal staff at all levels
- attend to database and maintenance support requests such as:
- importing and exporting
- convert and manipulate various document formats
- searching and creating reports
- triaging support calls.

**About you**
In these roles you will ideally have:
- vocational qualifications in IT and/or a minimum of 1 year (for APS5) and 3 years (for APS6) on the job experience providing LTS project management services
- knowledge of and experience in Legal Technology Solutions (LTS) technologies including
- eDiscovery database support and management
- ESI management and processing
- litigation support and project management
- high level analytical and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent communication and client relationship building skills
- ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
- exposure to eDiscovery software (Nuix Discover or Relativity would be favourable)
- contribute to the team's strategic direction, outcomes and priorities, assisting in the marketing and delivery of the team's expertise.
