The Role
A pivotal hands‐on leadership role owning the daily performance of our field team — technician output, service quality, route efficiency, training, compliance, and consistent delivery across residential and commercial clients.
Direct reports: Lead Technician, Technician Team Leaders. Indirect reports: Pest Management Technicians.
What You'll Own
* Daily field operations — job completion, on‐time performance, technician utilisation
* Key metrics: jobs per day, revenue per technician, callbacks, first‐visit resolution
* Lead, coach, and develop a Lead Technician and Technician Team Leaders
* Service quality, WHS, licensing, and the callback/re‐service process
* Weekly field performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience managing mobile field teams in trades, services, or operations
* Strong people leader — builds accountability without killing culture
* Commercially aware and KPI‐driven
* High personal standards — notices when things aren't right and fixes them
* Pest Manager Licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
