Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Sourcing & Inspections:
* Identify and research potential property opportunities for clients.
* Conduct property inspections and surveys to assess suitability.
* Compile detailed property packs, including reports, images, and relevant information for clients.
2. Client Management & Communication:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Manage client briefs, ensuring all client requirements are understood and addressed.
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding property updates and opportunities.
3. Reporting & Administration:
* Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and property data.
* Coordinate internal documentation to support property research, inspections, and client follow-ups.
* Support the business owner with administrative and operational tasks as required.
4. Growth & Development:
* Work closely with the business owner to gain knowledge of the property sector.
* Take on increased responsibilities with the goal of transitioning into a Junior Buyers Agent role.
* Continuously develop skills in property sourcing, client management, and market research.

* Based on the Sunshine Coast with the ability to travel locally for inspections and client meetings.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to research and identify property opportunities efficiently.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Comfortable handling multiple client briefs and coordinating inspections.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for property and interest in growing into a buyers agent role.
