Key Responsibilities

* Be the primary point of contact and support for the GM of the Foundation and senior leadership team.

* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure all logistics are aligned and efficient.

* Organise travel, events, and team off-sites, anticipating needs and solving challenges before they arise.
">
* Support communication and collaboration across teams, helping to ensure information flows and priorities stay clear.
">
* Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and externally, representing the Foundation with professionalism and purpose.

As an experienced Executive Assistant, you thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative, you stay calm under pressure and are always a few steps ahead.
