Sales and Enablement Specialist – Lending Innovation and Technology (FTC) role at Teachers Mutual Bank Limited
Join our dynamic Sales Enablement Team as a full‐time Sales Enablement Specialist within the First Party Sales Channel. This role accelerates the uplift of Sales Enablement lending technologies and processes to improve sales effectiveness, digital readiness and member experience. It leads technology adoption, capability uplift and continuous improvement initiatives that simplify and enhance how our people and members engage with Sales.
Working closely with lending, credit, product, risk, compliance, Insights, Digital Engineering and external technology partners, the role drives successful implementation of new systems and enhancements, enabling our salesforce to confidently deliver exceptional member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, rollout and adoption of new Sales Enablement lending technologies and enhancements.
* Map current and future‐state sales processes that improve usability, efficiency, and member experience.
* Create enablement tools, guides and updated procedures that support the use of sales systems and processes.
* Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and standardise sales processes to uplift performance and efficiency.
* Perform project "in‐review" reporting and drive action plans to ensure changes are embedded and realised.
* Manage risk through effective process design, regular system access control testing and sound incident management.
* Ensure compliance with policy, regulatory and data controls relating to sales processes and systems.
* Partner with stakeholders across Everyday Banking, Lending, Product, Operations, IT, Data Engineering and Insights and vendor partners to deliver outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with the Sales Enablement team to deliver on key priorities, initiatives and roadmaps.
About You
* Experience in a similar role (e.g., Systems Administrator, Project Management, Sales or IT Enablement Coordinator).
* Highly desirable: Experience working with Simpology, AppSmart or Loan Origination lending systems in an enablement or project capacity.
* Experience working with Genesys, automation or sales enablement software is beneficial.
* Experience leading or supporting technology and process change initiatives.
* SQL experience.
