Key Duties
* Plan, supervise, and oversee menu-based catering for up to 50 people
* Successfully manage, mentor and develop your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
* Deliver a high‑expectation premium experience to our clients
* Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
* Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
The Person
* Unwavering passion for food cooking and creating nutritious meals
* Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing high‑performing teams
* Skilled in stock control, ordering, budgeting and food cost management
* Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
* Experienced in overseeing daily operations, staff training and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
