Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous administration or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.

* Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.

* Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients on their hearing journey.

* Flexibility and willingness to support nearby Audika clinics as needed.

* Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.

* Advanced computer literacy skills.
