Marketing Manager – Professional Services

A well-established professional services firm is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its strategic marketing direction and elevate its brand presence.
This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the firm's marketing strategy across digital, content, events, partnerships and business development support.
You will work closely with the Leadership team to drive cohesive execution of all marketing activities, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable outcomes that support growth.
What you'll be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the firm's end-to-end marketing function, shaping the annual strategy, driving brand consistency, and providing strategic recommendations based on market insights.
This includes overseeing digital activity across the website, social media and email marketing, ensuring best-practice and accessibility, and managing external agencies and creative partners.
You'll also guide the planning and execution of firm-wide campaigns, using market intelligence and performance reporting to support business development and growth initiatives.
You'll take ownership of events and sponsorships, oversee the strategic use of the CRM to support targeted engagement, and ensure content aligns with brand standards, tone of voice and strategic messaging.
What you'll bring
5+ years in a marketing or communications leadership role, ideally within professional services
Strong capability across digital marketing, SEO, social media and content strategy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and Pardot highly regarded
A strategic mindset and the ability to turn insights into action
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and organisational ability
High attention to detail and comfort managing competing priorities
