We are a growing agricultural manufacturer producing premium fertilizers, and we're looking for a driven, commercially minded Customer Experience Specialist to join our Yatala office.
This position works closely with our Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for reconnecting with customers who haven't ordered recently, rebuilding relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving repeat business.
This is more than outbound calls. It's relationship management, account insight, and commercial contribution.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Identify reasons for inactivity and uncover new opportunities
* Secure repeat orders and contribute to regional sales targets
* Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends
* Present findings, outcomes, and opportunities back to stakeholders
* Support broader regional sales strategy through data and insights
* Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, account management, within a Call Centre environment
* Confident communicator who can engage decision-makers
* Commercially aware and able to identify growth opportunities
* Comfortable analyzing conversations and reporting key insights
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by performance
* Agricultural industry exposure advantageous but not essential
