We are seeking a qualified and motivatedOccupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis to support the delivery of single-service ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assessments across Victoria. This role primarily supports clients within the WorkSafe Victoria scheme.
Working closely with our supportive clinical team and reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing comprehensive ADL assessments, preparing high-quality reports, and providing 1:1 client support through home-based assessments and equipment trials where required.
Our ideal candidate is someone who values client-centred care, demonstrates resilience and compassion, and brings strong interpersonal and technical skills to support workers in achieving meaningful outcomes. This role includes a mix of local and regional travel, with flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments for WorkSafe Victoria clients
* Prepare accurate, timely, and solution-focused reports
* Provide person-centred support, including equipment trials when applicable
* Conduct Pre-Employment Health Assessments
* Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team
* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong report writing and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
