We're looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager who is passionate about driving business growth by building strong relationships.
You will be responsible for delivering a customer experience founded on providing solutions using excellent industry and product knowledge, commitment to integrity and delivery of the customer brand promise.
Duties include:
Drive sales growth in the concrete surfaces and flooring sector by building customer relationships, providing technical solutions, delivering proposals, coordinating internally, and using market insights to achieve targets.
Achievement of territory sales budgets through planned sustainable & profitable growth of Surface & Floor Preparation products including finished goods, dust and slurry management range, consumables & accessories as well as our service offering - parts, labour and service solutions.
Support social selling strategies and programs
Facilitate local training programs for equipment (Hiperfloor/Superfloor, Hipertrowel, Floor Prep)
Analysis of customers, channels, subsegments & products in your territory to meet KPI's
About you:
An experienced sales/account manager, direct selling in an industrial or trade-based environment is your specialty.
You have a good understanding of the sales cycle with a background in and ability to understand technical products – previous experience in Surface & Floor Prep would be highly advantageous.
Your professional interpersonal and communication skills are your strength, and you are familiar with CRM systems.
Analysis and reporting are part of your everyday.
Your ability to see beyond the initial sale and develop strong relationships aimed at facilitating growth of both our customers and the business will be crucial to the success of this position.
