As a Lead Educator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality in all aspects of childcare, from curriculum planning to staff supervision.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, along with relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis. A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card is also required, as well as a current Police Check within three months.
