Role Overview
An iconic Australian brand is undergoing a major payroll transformation and is looking for talented Senior Test Analysts to register their expression of interest for an exciting upcoming opportunity. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working flexibility, forming part of a broader 3 year program.
As Senior Test Analyst you will take ownership of test design, execution and coordination across the full delivery lifecycle. You will analyse and validate business processes across Workday and ADP Payroll, designing comprehensive test scenarios to ensure solutions are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.
Required Skills
* 7+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within large, complex enterprise programs
* Demonstrated experience testing payroll, HR, time & attendance or ERP implementations
* Strong knowledge of Workday and/or ADP Payroll testing
* Experience across all testing phases including SIT, regression, UAT and parallel payroll runs
* Solid understanding of integration testing concepts including APIs, SFTP and data migration validation
* Proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, Confluence and Excel
* Proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience supporting UAT including test scenario preparation, defect management and business readiness
* Comfortable working across Waterfall and Agile delivery models
* Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
