About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Brand Manager with 1-2 years' FMCG experience, you'll take ownership of a high-profile brand backed by a strong A&P budget and guided by an experienced senior marketer.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and drive the strategic direction of the brand
* Manage A&P spend and media activities
* Partner with the sales force to deliver brand growth
* Develop and present with sales, strategic range and category reviews
* Identify and execute new opportunities to expand market share
* Ensure profit targets are met and exceeded
* Act as the primary contact for external agencies
About You
* 3-5 years' marketing experience in FMCG (Food, Beverage, Confectionery, Household, or OTC Pharmacy)
* Proven project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Demonstrated experience in NPD project management
* Budget management and forecasting experience
* Skilled in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies
* Exposure to trade shows and industry events
* Solid understanding of market segments, research, and data analysis
* Self-starter with drive to grow portfolios and identify opportunities
* Passionate about brand ownership and differentiation
* Experience managing successful DTC campaigns (TV and print)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Positive, proactive, and creative mindset
