Job Opportunity
The Proposals Coordinator position is a vital role within our team, where you will support the Business Leader in various business development activities.
You will collaborate with experienced professionals to create high-quality proposals and other materials that meet clients' needs and expectations.
Your skills in time management, communication, and attention to detail will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and develop capability and opportunity documents
* Coordinate the proposal and fee estimate process, assigning tasks/timelines etc.
* Build strong relationships with campaign and business development managers and other key staff
* Create, develop and maintain materials and supporting information
* Maintain appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of relevant information, best practices
* Lead, promote and contribute to a sense of community fun and team spirit with the team
* Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Business Leader and Project Manager
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Tertiary qualification in a similar sector or an equivalent combination of education & related experience
* Ideally have experience in an engineering consultancy, construction or design sector background
* Be accountable and drive quality by updating systems and adhering to our style guide
* Manage own workflow/outputs, within business priorities
* Always look to add value to specific opportunities, business centre operations
* Have strong MS Office Skills, proficient in Excel
* Have a positive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail
