Job Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-facing professional to join our team in Mildura. As the public face of our banking services, you will deliver a seamless experience to customers.
This role involves in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking and financial advice. You will also support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and credit product applications.
You will complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial situations and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
Effective problem-solving and solution-providing is key to this role, while championing our processes, procedures and driving our risk-adverse culture.
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality
* Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms clearly
* The ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do
* Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment
