**About the Role**
As a Casual Administration Officer at Belmont Hospital, you'll have the unique chance to work across multiple key areas of the hospital, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the smooth running of our operations. You'll be an integral part of our supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, working together to provide exceptional care and service to our patients.
**In this role, you'll have the prospect to work in a variety of settings, including**:
- **Admissions**:Support the smooth intake process for patients, ensuring all information is accurately recorded. 
- **Outpatient Services**: Assist in managing appointments and ensuring patients have a seamless experience. 
- **Switchboard**:Be the first point of contact, directing calls and providing essential information to patients and staff. 
- **Emergency Department**: Play a key role in assisting with the fast-paced administrative tasks to support emergency care. 
- **Ward Clerk**: Provide essential support to clinical staff and ensure efficient ward operations.
