About The Role
This role will act as a key contact person for services utilising these systems in matters relating to system administration inclusive of testing and reporting, issue and incident management, change management and education.
About You
* High level knowledge and experience in the use of Digital Health systems and applications.
* Proven analytical and problem‐solving skills that facilitate a logical approach to deliver desired outcomes.
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and external application vendors.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, set priorities, and use own judgement to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively with fluctuating workload and emergent issues.
* High level of communication, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills to support Digital Health system initiatives.
