Your Role
This is a senior position leading a small, capable team while taking ownership of a diverse retail portfolio. You'll be the go-to person for all things operations, finance, relationships and compliance — driving standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day performance. Key responsibilities include :
Leading and mentoring a team of Property Managers and support staff to ensure high performance and strong service delivery
Overseeing lease administration, financial reporting and operational management across your centres
Managing budgets, rent reviews, outgoings and monthly reporting with accuracy and commercial insight
Building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution
Driving compliance, maintenance programs and WHS standards, supported by regular site inspections
Ensuring property information, documentation and key dates are accurately maintained within internal systems
Your Advantage
3–5+ years in retail or commercial property management with strong leasing and operational knowledge
Proven ability to lead, mentor or support a team
Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgets, reports and reconciliations
Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management capability
Familiarity with property management software such as Cirrus8 or MRI
Current Real Estate Licence
