As a Legal Advisor with Tennis Australia, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance on a range of different legal matters. You will work closely with the business to advise on industrial relations and employment law.
About the Role
* Partner with the business and provide sound legal counsel
* Draft and negotiate contracts to support the delivery of the Australian tennis strategy
* Conduct thorough research and stay up to date with legal changes
* Maintain and update legal management platforms
* Provide education and training to staff
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 3-6 years post-admission experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house legal team
* Experience conducting investigations and Fair Work matters
* A principal practicing certificate or willingness to upgrade within 3 months
* Demonstrated experience in contract drafting and negotiations
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
