Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager
Job Description:
Flavor Lounge is a well-established dining venue known for its authentic Indian cuisine. The restaurant offers a diverse menu that includes traditional curries, tandoori specialties, street-style snacks, seafood dishes, vegetarian and vegan options, freshly prepared naan breads, and classic Indian desserts.
We are seeking a permanent full-time Culinary Operations Manager to join our team.
The restaurant is based at Shop 6, 2 Wilmot Street, South Toowoomba QLD, and we offer competitive compensation based on the candidate's experience and skill level.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and plan events
2. Buy goods within budget
3. Work with chefs to plan menus in the kitchen
4. Develop creative seasonal menu offerings
5. Monitor stock levels and finances
6. Maintain clean and attractive dining areas meeting health standards
7. Foster customer satisfaction through interaction
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
9. Choose train and manage waitstaff and kitchen workers
10. Take reservations greet guests and assist with orders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant discipline required Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Ability to commute/relocate location: Shop 6 2 Wilmot Street South Toowoomba QLD
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience At least 1 year (Preferred)
Salary $$$$$ annually + superannuation
