We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to our team in Roma. Working closely with your team you'll ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting operational excellence. For the right candidate, we are pleased to offer relocation assistance to help you settle comfortably into this rewarding role and community.
About the Role
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver friendly, high-quality service that consistently exceeds customer expectations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders to foster loyalty and trust
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a strong WH&S; culture to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service management or leadership roles, ideally within electrical wholesaling, trades, or related industries
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Ambitious, proactive, and committed to personal and professional growth
- Current valid Driver’s Licence
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to relocate to Roma – relocation support available to make your transition smooth and hassle-free
