System Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled System Support Professional to join our IT team and ensure the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responding to service requests and troubleshooting IT problems to ensure timely and effective resolution for end users.
* Supporting system upgrades, patches, backups, and security updates.
* Assisting in the implementation and integration of new software systems, including ERP and inventory platforms.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree or above with a major in information technology or computer science.
* At least 2 years' experience in a systems support or IT helpdesk role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and IT infrastructure.
