Position Overview:
Estimator
We are seeking a Ceilings & Partition experienced Estimator with a strong personality and a can-do attitude to join our team. Must speak both fluent Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Duties:
• Engage in Estimating C&P and Carpentry package for project.
• Daily administration of estimating needs and meet project deadlines.
• Ensuring process & procedures are followed.
• Engaging with suppliers at pricing stage as needed.
• Complete project handovers to Project team once successful.
• Assist the project team with all projects estimating queries and supplier engagement.
• Ensuring all documentation and correspondence between the Firm and client is completed as necessary to support all estimating needs.
• Review all project document registries.
• Completing contract scope of works alongside the project manager.
• Reporting key results, tender agreements and the pricing of business endeavors.
• Maintain appropriate registries for tender & live projects.
• Follow up with the firm's clients in regard to tenders submitted.
• Liaising with the Firm's projects principal contractors to ensure you are capturing the correct scope.
• Ensuring that projects meet all building and safety codes.
• Assisting the Firm's project team with projects where needed.
- On-Site Duties: Ability to visit construction sites and effectively communicate with site staffs while either tendering or

- Office/Adobe, Cubit software skill is a must.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Years experiences in Ceilings and Partition trades, can calculate materials needed.
