The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a full-time Site Manager on a 3 month contract (opportunity to convert to permanent) to lead our aged care residence in Newcastle.
Roster: Monday to Friday. Hours vary to be across multiple points of service throughout the day/week.
Salary: $90,000 plus super
Job Description
What The Role Involves:
Management of all site contract-scoped catering services
Adherence to compliance and administration requirements as required
Impeccable client relationship management
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
Adherence to food & safety practices
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Management & customer service experience in a similar environment
Experience or education in business or hospitality would be an advantage
Own vehicle and driver's license is a must
