Job Title: Nurse Care Provider
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Care Provider to join our mental health team in various locations across the Hunter New England region.
Job Overview:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. This will involve working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional regulatory body.
* Proven experience in mental health nursing, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions and outcomes.
