About the role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at Redline Performance Pty Ltd in Darra, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
As an entry position for a school leaver full training will be provided for you to be:-
1. Picking and packing customers' orders accurately and efficiently
2. Unloading and receiving incoming stock deliveries
3. Maintaining stock levels and warehouse organisation
4. Manufacturing small parts
5. Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts
6. Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
7. Ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, tidy and well-maintained
8. Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required
What we're looking for
1. A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
2. Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
3. Basic numerical and literacy skills to handle paperwork and data entry
4. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and processes (desirable but not essential)
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
