About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team and contribute to real-world engineering challenges in cement manufacturing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving, developing maintenance strategies and procedures, supporting and delivering SIB (Sustain in Business) projects to improve equipment performance, working alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams, and contributing to operational support across multiple sites.
This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence and capability through practical problem-solving and mentorship, preparing for future engineering roles.
About You
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability;
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles;
* Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office;
* A valid driver's licence (site travel required);
* A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills;
* Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders across teams.
