Client Service Executive

Forbes Australia is looking for an Account Manager to execute on our vision to convene, curate and cover the most prominent players within our nations business landscape.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team to enable them to achieve their targets.
Process bookings via our internal booking systems.
Print and Digital Content campaign management managing follow up communications between clients, journalists, and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with clients on past, live and upcoming campaigns, including chasing material deadlines.
Submitting digital and print creatives and uploading through internal 3rd party systems.
Manage CRM software – Salesforce opportunity creation and assist the Partnership Managers with pipeline management.
Contributing to the creation of client centric, effective marketing strategies across Print, Digital and Events.
Develop presentations and proposals to support the sales team in winning new client business.
Put together detailed post campaign reports for clients and specified campaigns to demonstrate ROI.
Keep tabs on daily reporting to ensure seamless campaign implementation and ensure a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue and market share growth.

Client Retention through excellent customer service.
Time Management and ability to multitask.
Seamless execution of campaigns from set up through to management and reporting.
Management of internal systems including Salesforce.
Positive attitude.
Requirements
Strong (verbal & written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
Advanced computer skills will be a key advantage.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to meet deadlines productively.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be accepting of change
Ability to work autonomously, within a team both onsite and virtually
Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Digital marketing experience is preferable but not essential.
Experience in Salesforce desirable but not mandatory
