Description Of The Role
JAG is excited to announce the opening of a brand-recent boutique in Kotara, and we're seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Assistants to become a vital part of our team.
Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of store presentation.

- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- A natural brand ambassador with the ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
- A strong passion for fashion, styling, and current industry trends.
- Thrive on teamwork and collaboration.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
- Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrications, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
