As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our inventory is accurately recorded, well-organized, and efficiently managed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and update inventory records to track product quantities, shipments, and stock levels accurately - across our stores and warehouse.
- **Reconciliation**: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.
- **Supplier Relations**: Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, address any supply issues, and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- **Inventory Optimization**: Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, plan for demand, and suggest strategies for improved inventory management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and document inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus.
