* Analyze and drive proactive actions to prevent out-of-stock risks.
* Collaborate with other functions to mitigate risks and escalate as needed.
* Participate in meetings to align on solutions for out-of-stock situations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order fulfillment issues.
2. Communicate mitigation actions to customers for risks such as out-of-stock and transportation issues.
3. Provide visibility on order status and resolve transport issues within defined SLAs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated operational experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Project Management.
* Several years of operational experience in Customer Solutions & Customer Facing Supply Chain, Physical Logistics, Procurement, Technical & Production, or Sales.
