The opportunity presents for an experienced Corporate Services/Chief Finance professional to join this worthy organisation reporting directly to the CEO.
The Executive Manager Corporate Services is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and works collaboratively to provide strategy, set financial policy and direction and deliver the organisation's corporate and financial governance. Key areas of responsibility include:
- financial statutory reporting and compliance, tax, audit and management reporting;
- budgetary planning, longer-term forecasting and cost management in line with the strategic plan;
- engagement with the Board around trends, changes in the operating model and financial and operational delivery;
- IT and business systems management and improvement for process efficiencies and service objectives;
- oversight of the quality framework to ensure the organisation has a robust approach to safety and risk management.
This multi-dimensional role will suit a qualified professional with proven finance and corporate services experience ideally within a comparably client focussed human or professional services environment.
