Role: Support Worker
Join our team at St Louis Homes in Victor Harbor as an experienced NDIS Support Worker and make a meaningful impact in a premium, client‑focused environment. Working under the guidance of Dementia Care Specialists, you’ll support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to excellence.
To Be Successful In This Role
- Have a person‑centred approach to support people in their daily living
- Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours – an advantage
- Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts
Essentials
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Up to date Influenza vaccination
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2)
