Job Overview
This role provides specialized technical expertise for the design, implementation, maintenance and support of SAP HR and Payroll systems and related application interfaces.
The team lead will play an integral part in the support of the SAP application footprint and promote production change across businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice and guidance within the SAP HR Payroll application including integrated component architecture and design.
* Develop a thorough understanding of business operational and functional needs to recommend process improvement opportunities.
* Provide solution designs and technical specifications delivering functionality that meets business needs ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules.
* Assess, document, and communicate change implications.
* Coordinate project tasks including provision of key user assistance.
* Day-to-day system support within specialist and associated functional components of SAP.
