Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic direction of food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding dining experiences for guests.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on quality, cost control, and profitability.
* Work closely with stakeholders to enhance skills and engagement within the team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
* Maintain alignment to brand standards across all food and beverage outlets.
About You:
* Degree in hospitality management or relevant field, or significant industry experience.
* A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role working in multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a luxury resort setting.
* A commercial mindset with proven results in driving quality, cost control, and operational excellence.
