About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in NSW delivering a major windfarm project from ECI through to project completion.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of complex, high-value electrical projects. This includes leading site teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong control over cost, cashflow, variations, forecasting and commercial outcomes, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

In addition you will work closely with project and senior management to drive both operational and commercial performance, proactively manage risk and opportunity, and build strong, trusted relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders on site.

In addition, some of your key tasks will include

* Lead and manage the project teams allowing successful project delivery
* Managing the pre-award of upcoming projects and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
* Identifying, assessing, and managing project commercial, business, community, and environmental risks.
* Ensuring project controls and reporting responsibilities are in place.
* Delivering projects on or under budget, on or ahead of schedule in accordance with quality and performance requirements without injury.
* Ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve the project time and quality objectives at optimal cost.

About You

To be successful in this position you will have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager safely delivering electrical construction projects, ideally, with experience managing Greenfields and Brownfields projects. You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and influencing skills as well as your well-developed people management skills.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following

* Tertiary qualification in either Project Management as well as an engineering or trade background.
* Strong commercial acumen
* Have a high level of awareness of WHS requirements with the ability to foster a strong safety culture
* High level attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
